How do I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been marked as despatched please call us on 01934 416375 immediately. We will require a cancellation in writing from the email address provided during ordering. Please send this to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If your item has been marked as despatched we will unfortunately be unable to cancel your order. Please contact us on the arrival of your item and we can facilitate a return.
How long will my item take to arrive?
Can I collect an item I have ordered for delivery?
Yes you can! Please ring us on 01934 416375 as soon as possible. Providing your item has not been posted we will be happy to accommodate a collection.
When will my item be posted?

My item has not arrived – where is it?
Can I pay by cheque or bank transfer?
Unfortunately we cannot accept cheque or bank transfer payments.
Do you have the item/costume in another size or colour?
If you have a specific requirement please contact us! The item you are after may be temporarily out of stock or we may be able to source it for you.
How do I return / exchange an item?
